    Rg150 piston change

According to the service manual there should be a washer on either side of the little end bearing.
When I pulled the old piston out it had no washers installed.
Whats other peoples thoughts on this who have rebuilt these bikes before and which way is rite?

Sounds like your manual may have been upside down as the washers your referring to will be the thrust washers either side of the big end bearing.

As I said Little end bearing at the piston end. I have never seen washers fitted on any other 2 stroke I've rebuilt but it does show them installed in the service manual but none were installed when I disassembled the motor.

Some do, some dont. I don't know why.
The washers are available from your local suzuki dealer.
I cant remember the price for sure but will post up what I paid when I get home if I remember.
