    It snowed in Masterton too, after a huge hail storm. Kids loved it, sent them out in it and after about half and hour and frozen hands and a small snowman (made of mainly hail) they came inside with big smiles on their faces. I cant remember it snowing here since I was a wee girl, was quite exciting

    Funnily enough we had a lovely weekend in Levin, apart from about an hour on Sunday! The forecast was meant to be crappy but it was fine every day and sunny, albeit a tad chilly. I got three loads of washing almost dry before thinking "that black cloud looks to be getting closer" and bringing it in - five minutes later we had what we'd been expecting all weekend - torrential rain and strong wind. An hour later it was fine again.

    Gorgeous here again today too - steam rising off the paddocks, no clouds and a not a breath of wind either - luverly!
    Yes, I am pedantic about spelling and grammar so get used to it!
