Why is it that when females do a fuckup we discuss it and we forgive them. They promise not to do it again.

But when we do a fuckup it is the end of the line? No promises will do.

Here:

There was an issue on Friday. I spent hours discussing it. To starters it was all my fault. But then on Saturday morning her light goes up and I forgive her.

On Saturday night a new one arises. I just did not want to deal with it. I knew I would spend hours. And I was tired. That was my mistake. But I expected hours to sort it.

I am then told "but I changed yesterday, you should have realised that, I would not have started an argument. That is in the past"

So I am called up for neglecting her. Fair enuf. But why can it not be a learning experience? Why do I as a male need to get it right first time?

Anyhow. I am single again.

Your right, it should not be that way with the right person. Sounds like your issue has self-resolved.
