    ... 120! was there a tailwind as well? I have hit 130 though...once (and there was a tailwind)

    saw an awesome 06? on trademe today. was tempted to buy just for shits and giggles and to see what I can do with it (re: Evolution of a Monster)

    Lucky I got my credit card statement in the post this morning to sober me up.

    I know a guy who is thinking about selling his GN250. Not sure how old it was, '06 as well possibly (may even be the same one) and will be in damn good condition because this guy 'rides like a nana' and is really careful about keeping it covered, oiled and adjusted.

    If anyone is interested I'll find out what he wants for it...

    Simple to maintain, cheap to run..sure there are those that love to mock the GN- but I find most that do, tend to be the weekend warriors; as opposed to all weather riding types.

    They are a great bike, I do look forward to upgrading at some stage-but until I do, I will ride with pride.

    Yeah, I don't get what the big deal is. They seem like perfect learners bikes! To be honest I think I would have had a much easier time starting out if I had got one instead and given that I got about 12km/L from my last fill, I'd be spending less on a weekly basis too
