You can just type the co-ordinates into google leaving a space where the degrees sign is and it will still find it eg 43 50'44.73"S 172 54'5.02"E
You can to the leave a space where " and ' symbols are too and google will still find it eg 43 50 44.73 S 172 54 5.02 E
If you want to see all the symbols go to: Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Character Map
Find the symbol you want (this could take a while), select then copy then paste where you want
If you know the name of the symbol you want, just search in google eg "symbol degrees" then copy and paste from one of the links there

Hmmmm, you need to type it on your numeric keypad not on the number keys at the top of the keyboard for it to work.
