    H. K. Taiaroa was a man of the church and immediately after his move to the Taumutu district he worked with the local Māori and Pākehā communities to raise funds for the building of a whare karakia. The Hone Wetere (John Wesley) Church was subsequently built on the spiritually significant site of the old pā of Te Ruahikihiki. The church was opened in April 1885. It remains closely associated with Ngāti Moki Marae — the marae urupā is situated around the church. The Methodist church are currently in the process of returning Te Hone Wetere Church to Te Taumutu Rūnanga.

Well done, I think I need google training. Followed so many dead ends of churches and cemetaries (pardon the pun). Only found it because of FJ's post.

    New Tag

A nice easy one to keep things moving, although there is a small amount of daring involved, flouting the no stopping sign. I also pulled a nice wheelie for good measure.

How long did the next one last then?

I think I picked one up ages ago in under an hour once it was posted

I would think "The Hornet" rides past that one frequently

Yep, that was a poor effort on my part, but at least it wasn't a record. I thought it might last a day at least.v

Not a poor effort at all, there's no set criteria on how hard or easy they have to be

I would have got that night if it hadn't already been done
