I think I can see the pass, and if it was taken today then the waves tell you which way you're facing, can't see me getting it though it's a long boring ride from my place to there.

Down Timberyard road, I reckon you're pretty close, Hills right anyway even if you haven't got the exact spot

That will do for me, My pic was taken a bit further round towards the point.
You would be suprised just how good it is, If you head to Tai Tapu then peel off and sort of follow the road around the head of the lake it is quite funit's a long boring ride from my place to there.
the location is... Timberyard domain at the end of Timberyard Rd a very popular place for Jetskiing and that sort of thing....
