Ok second thoughts now upon some looking about, my thinking was Kyle Park Hornby, the pass between park and mall, but the tag looks somwhat shorter than Kyle parks one.

Try the hills road undepass on quey 2 drive, or the underpass at grimseys road at the papanui end of quey2 dr.
