I'm thinking this is like cold. Sooner or later it'll go away.

If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.

Doesn't sound like any cold I've ever heard of. Get thee to a doctor for a check up EJ!

    yep it happens....
best sleep is had when your got paralysis. That is why anesthesia works so well.
I used to put myself into semi-coma's so i could get power sleeps without pain.
I know it was probably scary - but don't fret, if you wake up and still have paralysis it means your body and mind is very relaxed.

Thanks but I don't think it is that serious. Think I'll sleep early tonight and have a good rest because recently my stress-O-meter went off the scale.

I've got a cool documentary on dreams. Covers the sleep paralysis thing and heaps of other cool stuff, like when we dream of doing things we are actually better at them the next time we do them in real life. Also, most of our dreams are unpleasant, and humans may not exist today if we didn't have nightmares.. they prepare you incase you encounter that sort of thing in real life.

If anyone wants it just say and ye shall receive! Or else just search for something like this... BBC.Horizon.2009.Why.Do.We.Dream.WS.PDTV.XviD.MP3. MVGroup.org.avi

Man that sounds fucked up, I'd probably talk to a medical professional about it.

Although I suffer from a kind of paralysis too, fuckin sucks when you are sleeping on your side and have to roll on to your stomach to bash the alarm clock..

    You people are weird!
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

Oh hey about 1.2 billion people have experienced sleep paralysis (according to some website). We are special!

I only get sleep paralysis after about 500mls of fine Single Malt.

Weird, special, call it what you will!
