Tyres. Help!

Ive just noticed my rear tire is flat, its a bridgestone hoop 3.00 - 10, on a Hondia Dio 96 50cc scooter, and ive got some questions

Its completely flat, and theres a nail size hole in it(minus the nail), can this be repaired with a puncture kit(or puncture repair service)?

how the heck to you even get the rear tire off?, with the handbrake enabled i still spin the wheel with the force needed to get the nut off, will I need 2 people(one stabilising and holding brake?)

This is urgent, advice is appreciated

Get the scooter down to a bike tyre shop, or any motorcycle shop really. Call around first. Many years ago I had a nifty fifty, I found that it fit quite nicely in the back of a van, so it might require some calling in of favours with someone with a van/ute/trailer.

A motorbike shop will be able to work out whether it's repairable.

I cant seem to get the exhaust off, there are 2 bolts holding it on at the wheel end, but the bolts holding it on at the engine end(flange?)seem to be recessed right up underneath the helmet storage and behind the side plastics.

Please dont tell me I need to removal all the plastics and seat to change 1 tyre, I think id rather throw the scooter out than attempt all this

On some scooters they have a cover/panel behind yr feet( battery area)You take the cover off & behind the battery you should see a couple of holes for a long reached socket that will allow ya access to the nuts/bolts on the header's,Most cases unwind the nuts/bolts but don't completely remove cause yr exhaust may have slots where the holes are, to allow ya to pull the exhaust away from the head a little,then slide out leaving nuts/bolts attached to the headers....now I'm confused

Ive done it now, Seemed that removing the bucket I could reach the exhaust bolts, $25 for a tyre fix(and chucked a tube in), all Done

tubed tyres arent really 'on the side of the road" repair but i can plug and have my wheels pumped back up in about 10 minutes using those atv puncture repair kits and gas botttles to punp it back up on a tubeless one
