    919 Turbo

Just came across this via a 919 forum:

    http://919turbo.com/index.html

2 guys on that forum have done the conversion. Seems to be a pretty "safe" conversion, running at no more than 7 psi. Apparently with the relatively low compression ration the Hornet runs on, this is basically a bolt on unit, with relevant bits and pieces (custom exhaust system, etc.). They claim the bike is still very rideable in realworld conditions.

    Any thoughts?

I'd rather have a supercharger. If I could afford the US$5k for the complete bolt-on kit, I'd be enjoying the 165 horsies right now.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....
