    The endurance race is now on day 1.
    That's good as I will get to see it.
    That sucks as we now get less track time for the same money.

    This is quite an inticing event, but the $300 each way ferry prices are prohibitive to say the least. Maybe next year!

    k14, why dont you get some mates together & put 3 or 4 buckets in the van, makes the ferry cheaper. skunk, you may not be able to get garage 24 as we are using 20 to 32 for endurance on day 1, sorry mate. team GSE from auck have 7 & 8 ..... chris

    Well the best part of a grand on travel expenses alone (not to mention accomodation and all the trimmings) and its not really the best bang for buck two weeks before the nationals (most likely date for them at this stage) start!

    yeah no point in tempting fate 2 weeks out from nats, last year it was just the truck, this time a trailer aswell and on 1 wage... but who gives a fark, ya a long time dead

    Camping at the track is free....................... and you will be feed a great feed on the 27th...... and a BBQ on the 28th too........ and....... and.....

    any other things?

    Oh yeah, there's even a free band on the 27th.......

    Or you could always stay at home and miss out...........

    There's a swimming pool down the road. Several went there last year for a 'swim'. There are showers at the track but they been open in previous years.
