I dunno if it's been mentioned, but Valkarie is pretty good. I loathe Tom Cruise, but this movie is great.

Haha Have not seen either of them so can't pass judgement.

I just think 2012 is a shite movie where you can disengage your brain as soon as you take a seat, they then try and force over the top action down your throat for nearly three hours.

Now don't get me wrong I like action movies but come on! Limousines jumping canyons, oh and motorhomes jumping canyons, planes flying UNDER trains and planes narrowly flying between buildings and if they are driving anything on land then the earth MUST be giving way just behind them at all times, its just seemed all forced and obviously made for the American market.

People in the theatre were laughing AT the movie, not because of it.

Look if your 13 or 14 or something and you like action JUST BECAUSE its action, you will love it. If you like that sort of thing then I suggest XXX or whatever that movie is because that guy can out ski avalanches!!

Oh and movies I like Inglorious Basterds was brilliant and The Usual Suspects is up there.

How could you compare XXX and 2012? And what part of Science Fiction do you not understand?

Fair enough, not everyone can like the movie. I get your point.

If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.

I had major issues with that movie. The story itself was good, however, German SS officers, Nazi party members and even Hitler with American accents??? Nup, they could've at least tried. America, Fuck Yeah.

Well.........the SS officers etc did'nt exactly speak English with a German accent amoungst themselves in conversation either!

No I'm sure they didn't and I personally would've been happier watching it with English subtitles while the actors spoke German, than listen to American accents on Nazis.
Like I said, good movie aside from that though.
The boy in the striped pajamas is well worth a watch too.
