Why is my scoot lazy in the afternoon?

What's up with this? In the morning my scoot starts immediately everytime without touching the throttle, even if it's sat there from Friday evening till Monday morning.

However I notice when I start it up to go home from work, it can quite often take 3 or 4 goes at starting. I've found if I give it a little gas as I press the starter it'll start ok the first time.

    Just curious
