    Darmah or parts/basket case

I have had my Darmah for 25 years now from new and want to do a full restoration on it.

If you have one for sale or parts or know of somebody please let me know.

    I would like
    oil pump case/cover
    front guard
    original headlight assy
    contis
    gearshift
    rear brake lever
front FPS wheel (4 bolt disc)

If you have an engine in good condition I would be interested in that also.

I have a front Speedline on the bike and would swap for an FPS.

    Cheers

Good luck,as you have probably already found, some of those parts are either very hard to find or very expensive.
Your list as new parts would be $3500+.

If you can not find a cheap basket case, there should be more now due to the cost of rebuilding engines.
One option is Ian Falloon who has been selling a lot of parts on Ebay (Australia)
I picked up some good NOS for my GT and also parts for my own 81 SD900 (26 years in Oct)

This guy always has SD parts including new mudguards but a lot seem to be for the earlier Darmah's with the more rounded edges compared to the later models.

Thanks for the links. Yeah I know the restoration will be expensive, I've had a good search and can find most everything I want.

    Parts

Front headlight is same as BMW R series from 74 on.
Switchgear is from same year ...Suzuki or Yamaha I think.
I get my parts from Bevel Heaven or Ebay.
Generally s/h parts are thin on the ground and on ebay they can get pricey ...but like you say they are around.
