I've just put Pirelli sport demons on replacing the Bridgestones, while I am getting used to them they still feel better than the old ones

The quote of Slofox's comment was ment to be the clue but if you want another...
Hint: Go up the Kaimai's and have a break... staying within the Waikato boundary.

Thank you slofox, ckai and Murray for your info on tyres - I've currently have Pirelli Strada (hard sport/touring tyre) so I think I'll be trying a dual or progressive compound type next so the bt016 or the 2CT sound good... I'll do more homework when I finnish work.

    Thank you Virago

I got Conti RoadAttacks on the speedie, I find them a really confident tyre. Never got on with Bridgestones car or bike.

I was being a little sarcastic as my bike (far left) plus about 16 others is also in the picture. Good photo

I like Mich pilot roads, but have found the new Conti Road Attack 2 an awesome tyre, heaps of grip for the heavy bandit, wet, dry, cold - they're good
wore out about the same rate as the harder pilots
