Tag o rama!

Sorry to those who wanted the ride - it's got.

Old Tag: Lookout at top of Kaimai, SH29:

New Tag: Bridge over Tranquil Water, near to a domain whose name sounds like the genre of movies Hammer Films made all those years ago - said twice for accuracy...

If that clue is too arcane, I can be a little more specific - just ask.

Bloody cold morning for a ride - I fair froze me nuts off up there, despite having put on the winter layers and gloves (which felt like brick hands after the summers...). And the sun was dead low so vision was not the best on the way up. Then of course, on the way down there was a line of traffic about a km long...

Just after taking the new tag, I followed that road up past the school. There was a young lad on a bike heading to school. He heard me coming up behind and hopped off to give me the biggest wave and grin you've seen...needless to say I had to oblige him with a little hoonery around the next corner. Luckily I didn't fook it up and fall off...)

Found it but having trouble locating exactly where you took the photo on google maps.

Maybe i didnt find it

Actually on further inspection im 99% sure i know where it is. My knowledge of the waikato is shit

ye I was suprised how i knew where this was as soon as i saw it, mean new tag. Street veiw isnt much use

Just west of the bridge...the signpost is pretty obvious when ya get there...

I know where it is but I don't understand the clue?
Didn't Hammer films do all those weak vampire and early horror movies?
They did have series of Cave Girl movies according to wiki?

they did 'double' horror movies if i remember right

old tag Horahora Bridge from the Piarere side. Went for coffee on the Cruiser this morning.

new tag not too far away. Carry on around the loop after taking it - it's a great ride.

Right on. Hammer were renowned for "horror" movies. Said twice, it's "Horror horror" which is homophonic with the name of the domain - viz Horahora Domain...

Perfect set up mate. Nice bike too. Yr new tag is fine. Old tag was on the corner of Kairangi and Norwegian Rds. New one is on long finals to Ken Carseldines farm strip

Overfly the church at 700', turn left 20 degrees and you're on finals for Ken's.
