Yes I agree . New tag must be put up within a reasonable time. I would suggest 48 hours is reasonable.

My own feeling has always been that the new tag should go up with the old one. But I am flexible on that. I'd probably prefer a 24 hour limit but then hey, it ain't like the world will end for the sake of one more day...specially given the RATSHIT weather we have at present....bloody swamp-dwelling..ranravetroarsnortgibberhootweetzzzttzzzz ....

Thats because your new bike is so fast you can go back in time to make that happen without any problems. For us on simplified tractors it is a little different

Watch it sonny....I reckon the Bandit can make the required 88mph that's needed to kick start the flux capacitor

Can we agree that if the new tag isn't up by 8.00 pm this evening then the old tag is fair game for the rest of us ?

I agree too (48hours and then old tag is fair game again) , sorry for taking so long to put up another tag, as soon as the rain stops here ill go get a tag in the day time.. took a couple pictures after work yesterday but when i loaded them up onto the computer they looked too dark at night.

Well I got out briefly this morning but didn't do any tag hunting - rain was threatening so I just went for it and managed to get back reasonably dry. Bloody cold greasy roads though - hate riding on that sort of surface - I'd prefer really wet I think...
