I thought you weren't supposed to reuse tags, i used this tag a while back. Not that it really matters

No - you are right - we're not supposed to reuse tags...After I posted it I had a vague inkling that it might have been used before...

Since mikemike has posted a new one now I guess we just let it go, yes?

As I have said before, If you are going to eliminate every tag thats been posted before, then it leaves nothing for any new comer to chase. The thread will simply die out.

If it's not the same picture, I have no problems with a sign or building being posted a second time. Riders, me for example, are not going to flick through old tags and try to remember them all.

Going for a ride is what it is all about.

Lets not get too precious on this - the whole idea is to get people out riding, not just inventing more obscure landmarks.

Just cos one of us has visited X spot shouldn't preclude others doing so in the future. Lets preserve the spirit of riding!

I wasnt trying to be negative, i agree theres nothing wrong redoing old tags its all just for a bit of fun and no one can remember every tag. I just mentioned it as i remember the tag because i put it up the first time.

Must be hard when the Alzheimers starts setting in (I only know that through experience though)
