I had seen the bikes parked on the footpath, but had not seen the tag at that stage, so didn't make the connection.

OLD TAG: Mural, Churchill St. Te Awamutu.

NEW TAG: About seven minutes ride from the old tag. Some 11km due West as the crow flies. (Or 13km as the bike flies.)

That tag is possibly a Rotorua tourist destination. Take a copy of the pic and ask around. The info centre would be the place to check with first.
