I am trying to get out the allen bolts of that hold the rotors to the front wheel.
I soaked in CRC for a day, a 6mm allen key wont look at it, so put an extension on the hanle still they wont turn.
I tapped them with hammer to loosen maybe, got out my impact driver hit as hard as i can still wont move...
They are tight like welded.
Has anyone got any other ideas?

Probably thread locked. Try heating them.

Heat the nuts or the hub of the wheel?

make sure that the heads are clean, and get the correct fitting allen head in socket version......
get a mate to help keeping the bit in place and the leverage of ratchet should break the "lock"

1/2'' drive impact driver, short piece of allen wrench in a 6 point impact socket, solid support for the hub and hit the f*cker hard. Rattle gun might do it, too.
CRC won't work because the thread locking compound fills the gap in the threads, so CRC can't penetrate. Heat will help, but theres going to be a lot of metal to heat up.
it's not a bad thing till you throw a KLR into the mix.
those cheap ass bitches can do anything with ductape.

heat em up !!!!!!!!! but DONT try and loosen em while they are hot!!!!!!!!!! the heads will just break off then you have to drill and tap em or worst case heli coil

Worst part is you gonna fuck the bolts getting them out and have trouble getting proper replacements. If they are able to have a small pair of vise grips[with good sharp jaws] applied as well as the allen key to crack them?
I had to do this to a couple of the ones on my GPZ recently. Then if you haven't munted the inside of the hex drive, you can dress them up and re-use. And swear lots!

Is the idea of heating the bolt to melt the thread lock, or to provide expansion of the surrounding material that the bolt is fastened into.
I had to heat a bearing hub once to get the bearing out, but I used an ice block on the bearing to cool it. It worked, but i guess this will be different for a bolt, but its worth a try, I see how I go

Hot air gun, 1/2" one piece allen socket, (koken black industrial are the shizz).
Simmer on heat for about 5mins.
Hammer allen socket into the allen head.
Fit impact driver to allen socket, and give it a good whack.
The heat is to break the locking agents grip.
Try doing a Buell front disc. They"re fun.

Hmm interesting. I was in a fastener place today and they had 'spray' cans of bolt freeze - spray the unmovable bolt with it and it 'freezes' the offending sucker allowing removal.
Probably just the reverse theory of heating it, one expands one contracts, both hopefully break the hold.
