Looking for a flat - Mt Wellington/Panmure area

Looking around for a new flat, getting sick of the dramas around here. Preferably in the Mt Wellington / Panmure / Penrose area (just cause that's where i am currently), but anywhere south of town could do me fine.
I work in Favona (down Mangere Bridge / Otahuhu way), so southside would suit me well.

Must be bike friendly (duh!), would definitely prefer to have a garage to stash the bikes in (1 road and 1 dirt bike), but safe outdoor would do

I am mid twenties, honest and reliable, working full time, always pay the rent etc. Laid back guy, easy to get along with, good sense of humour. House-trained, reasonably tidy, cook for myself etc

Need to be a good size room (queen size bed and large desk to move in). Not wanting to spend an arm and a leg, looking at a max of about $175 pw incl expenses

Anyone know of anything good going?
    Cheers!

Monday morning i left for work thinking i had a home to come back to...
Ended up leaving at lunchtime and moving all my stuff out, didnt stop moving til midnight
Staying out west with a friend temporarily. Had a good flat i had to turn down coz of small room, and an awesome one where the old flatmate decided to move back in. Will keep looking though!
