Question Easy Question: Clutch Handle Pivot Bolt

Got home from a ride this morning, put down the side stand, and as I was resting bike on it a bolt fell off the bike. A little unusual I think. Not used to bits falling off my bike.

Excuse the non-mechanical terms. I have a CBR600F. I found the bolt held the cluth handle in place, and is what the clutch handle pivots around.
So I shrugged my shoulders and screwed in back in and all seemed well. Thought I was a bit lucky it came off at home, as loosing the ability to change gear while out riding would not be so much fun.

Anyway rode to work this morning, and I noticed that same bolt is a little bit loose again.
So it strikes me that something is meant to be holding that bolt in place.

The bolt screws in right through the clutch handle (from top to bottom) and back out the other side. Is it perhaps meant to have a bolt on the other side of it?
Is it perhaps meant to be lock tighted (sp?) in place?

See, told you it would be an easy question.

Also use a little Loctite 243 threadlock on the bolt before tightening the nut - should fix it.
