    Big Bore WR450 Supermoto

Where do I start..... I bought this WR450F to build what I considered the best supermoto I could. Unfortunately I am having to let it go.

    Rough spec:

2005 WR450, first registered 2007 Registration currently on hold

    Engine:
Fully rebuilt with new bearings and seals throughout
BRAND NEW crank casings from USA at stupid money
Cases modified to use YFZ Quad oil squirter nozzle to safe guard the common WR wrist pin failure
07 YFZ oil pump, higher flow and pressure for nozzle upgrade
    Brand new WR Crank
    Athena 480cc Cylinder
JE Piston and spare brand new Athena Piston
Ported big valve head with Kibblewhite +1 valves
    Radius cut valve seats
    YZ exhaust cam
FCR Carb sent to USA and taper bored to 42mm
White Brothers Carbon Pro 2 Titanium system(my favourite bit to be honest)

    Wheels and brakes:
Excel Rims with Talon Gold hubs
Dunlop GP Sportmax tyres(bought from ex race bike but LOADS of tread)
Braking front 4 pot caliper and 320mm rotor
    Brembo master
    DID Gold chain

    Frame:
    Re-painted silver
    New One Industries Graphics
    UFO Supermoto front fender
    Trailtech Vapor dash

Will also come with all standard wheels, road legal dirt tyres, exhaust etc etc.

Now I have JUST finished this build, literally done 20 mins up the road to test it and then dropped the oil, filter and coolant for new. I have then done around 45 mins setting up the jetting and then fitted a brand new plug.

As you can see I have spent a FORTUNE and everything is what I consider the best and NOTHING has been skimped on. Now the horrible bit, doing a slow turn it slipped on some f*cking gravel. It has scratched a few bits like peg, bar ends, brake lever, but not terrible and I will touch up what I can.

I may be interested in splitting bits off, eg Motard rims, big bore, head for standard stuff, CONTACT ME if interested.

    Mid build

    Parts

The bike, now some eagle eyed ones will notice some bits missing but that's just the day I got it together properly.

The beating heart of the beast -
