Soup warning

With winter coming on I just read a Police memo warning people to watch out for cans of Alphabet Soup that may have been tamperd with.
Evidently Terrorist have been putting small explosives in the cans and if they detonate it could spell "disaster"

Is that the same terrorist that let off a can bomb in the Onehunga police station?...which left a big hole in the ground!....The police said there's no need for concern.."We are now looking into it"
