Despite the O/P feelings about Oxtar boots, i've got a pair of Oxtar touring boots bought about 4 years ago from Motorad and they flat DO NOT LEAK. (and it does seem to rain a lot when I go riding ) I used Gaerne boot sealer (because it was included with the boots) when new and when that ran out, Sno-seal. They were the only footwear I took on a five day SI tour, so all day on the bike and at the pub at nights. No problems at all with comfort while riding or walking.
Can't find the exact style on the 'net but this is very close

It seems few boots leak. My stylemartins don't leak, are warm and comfortable - even to walk in.
Here for the ride.
Try gumboots, one size biger and stuff them with inlays from Sorell.
Its warm and Waterproof.
Gummies are the 7th pair on my list. I'm trying to wean myself off them. I'd like a little more protection.
My StyleMartins leaked - if under considerable provocation. So far the Sidi Canyons haven't, and they have been out in significant deluges.
The instructions that came with one pair of boots said that care needs to be taken to trim the toe nails. Untrimmed nails poke holes in the membrane.
Of course that wouldn't apply to any of us since we all exhibit exemplary personal hygene habits...

My boots have never leaked and I've been in a fair amount of torrential rain. (Unlike my Revit Jacket that leaks like a sieve).
They're Aplinestar Gore-Tex boots (road version), I can't find the model printed on them.
Actually that's a small lie they did leak once and I was surprised but because it was pouring down I just continued on my ride till I got home. I hoped off me bike with boots full of water, looked down and discovered I'd tucked my plastic wets into the boot instead of putting it over the outside. To this day I have no idea why I tucked them in the boots and secondly I have no idea why I didn't check when the leak started because they'd never leaked and I could feel water running down to my foot. My wife thought it was hilarious.
