Neither would be my guess, Can't imagine they would buy in another companies product to flavour their chips when they could just mix up their own chemical concoction..

Hmmmm very true .... but I would think they would base it on one of those flavours, so it would be interesting to see if Marmite lovers or Vegimite lovers like them.

Primarily vegemite, But I'm also a big fan of marmite.
