    Poor little scamps.

    I can't decide which bit is better:

    Mr Collins said that people parked in taxi spaces all the time, sometimes for hours, which was not on, but if someone used a taxi stand while "rushing to the toilet" he didn't think "any driver would complain".
    Like fuck they wouldn't complain.....

    Mr Collins would be speaking to the driver and said he wanted to make it clear parking in disabled parks was not appropriate, however he was still "furious at the manner this person has been taking photos of taxis parked in disabled parks".
    Furious!!! Grrrrrr.

    I found it weird as well, They should have apologised, and made sure they didn't do it again.

    Shame on them not only for doing it, But the arrogant attitude to their own behaviour.

    I've kicked them out of the covered disabled parks near the door in Queensgate before and I'll do it again. Only next time I'll take photos. Just to make them "furious" like.
