Right, I'm all booked in for the 2nd of JulyHaven't given blood since I was in grammar school. I'm O+ so hopefully they can do some good with that.
One thing they've never seemed to pick up on (can some medically inclined person fill me in here?) is that I've got a 'negative antigen'. Don't think it makes much difference giving blood but when I ruptured my spleen and had lots of internal bleeding the hospital said it'd be hard to get blood for me because of that. Just says O+ on my donor card though, does that matter?
