Hmm, I may be interested in coming and having a look at it. Still on my R though so would you accept proof of cash as enough to let me ride it?

Yeah i dont see a problem, so long as we have some sort of formal agreement that if you damage or crash the bike you pay for full repairs or buy the bike off me.

To me what licence your on doesn't say how good of a rider you are, it simply says how far down the legal track you are. I know some guys who have their learners that race bikes and would be better than half the guys i know with full licences lol.

Alright cool, I'm sure we can put something in writing. I'm 18 btw, looking for something a bit bigger than my current 150. I'll have a think about it and probably get back to you tomorrow.

Sweet as mate. Ill let you know now if you havent ridden a bigger bike before its quite a handful to be riding.

I was on a zxr250 before this so already had a decent 250. Might be a bit bigger of a jump from a 150.

Whats the biggest you've ridden on before?

Heh, my little 150. I'll take my Dads 650 before I have a go to see what it's like. If I don't feel comfortable on that then I'll probably just let him take it for a ride and I could pillion or something

Yeah it would be a good idea to ride the 650 first. is it a sv650? This zx6r is a quick bike it took me a solid week to get to grips with it and feel comfortable on it.

Let me know how you get on.

    Cheers

It's a bmw f650. Probably not as tourqy as the zx6r though. I think I'll just let him take it and once he has a go I can pillion. I'm more interested in what the riding position is like which I can check just sitting on it mostly.

I'm pretty keen on having a look at it so I'll send you a PM.

Hey thats awesome mate. Yeah the riding position is the best out of all the jap 600's around the 2001 mark thats actually the main reason why i got it.

Its quite easy on the wrists and not too far forward. And it has the softest seat out of all of them. On my zxr250 i could only manage an hour before i needed a break from the seat. I can quite comfortably cover 3-4 hours on the zx6r without any hassles. Its a real pleasure to ride
