Well my step-bro had something similar happen to him about 1 year ago. He came home from work, had tea, sat down to watch a vid and next thing he wakes up in hospital.
According to his partner, he was fairly normal, quite tired (being a Friday), not that talkative, ate tea, video on then he started standing up, waving his arms around, thrashing, she couldn't control him, making noises but not coherent, called the ambulance then off to hospital with a couple of mates holding him down.
Seizure. No driving, not supposed to work on roof tops and with dangerous things BUT being a builder that didn't stop. On pills, 6 monthly checks, EEG normal...
Still on meds and feeling normal so, no history so what the f...?

I had the same thing a few years ago. Kept passing out. Had every test known to man and found nothing. Lasted 2 or 3 weeks and then stopped. I put it down to stress in the end.
