Japan - the home of mascots

    http://www.stuff.co.nz/world/asia/83...-is-a-real-job

    An extract from the article:

If you're using the facilities in Yokohama, especially on November 10, also known as Restroom Day, you might encounter Toilet-kun, a loveable character with a toilet-seat lid for a face and a bowl for a belly. Toilet-kun ("kun" is the Japanese suffix used with boys' names) represents the city's waste recycling bureau.

And who better to represent the Defence Ministry than Prince Pickles, from a country called Paprika, and his girlfriend Princess Parsley, who hails from the country of Broccoli.

Maybe it's better not to mention the egg-angel mascot for Fukushima Industries, whose name is an unfortunate combination of Fukushima and the English word "happy". Yes, he's called "Fukuppy".

Ah, I am well aware that there is no such thing as "too cute" in Japan but I'm kinda glad I can go to a public restroom and not be visually assaulted by a human sized squirrell or walking toilet...
I lahk to moove eet moove eet...

Yes, I pictured you with a face like a toilet seat.

With Maha bent over licking it.

Would you like to explain why you list your location as Australia but are posting via Russia?

Nothing to do with mascots, but my young fella did us Kiwis proud while competing in Japan at the 1st SoKyokushin World championships in Japan on the 22nd and 23rd of October, it was bare knuckle full contact knockdown Karate. The top fighters from many countries around the world get invited to compete, he lost in the 3rd round of competition (by judges decision) to an Iranian when fighting for a top 8 place, the Iranian finished in the top 4.
