I'm keen to move out of home to some place with bigger garage space. I pretty much want a workshop with a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom attached. I've been thinking of somewhere out in the Wairarapa that's still within easy commuting distance of Upper Hutt (Rimutakas every day! Woo!).
How much am I likely to be paying in rent each week? If such places exist.
