If you are interested in Central Auckland, it has really good food and a great atmosphere. It doesn't have pool tables but is only a few minutes walk from places that do.

Fanfarkentastic food!! The woodfire pizzas are .......just faken yum!!!

They have this really cool hole in the floor, plated with glass by the bar, looks like it goes down farken miles, which provides some giggles watching new punters freak out!

Galbraiths Ale House at the top end of Symonds St or the Bluestone Room.
Patial to De Fontians in Mission Bay as well - half price mussels on mondays!

P38 - Nah the Poenamu restaurant is gone, its been replace with ' The backyard' now much nicer bar now from what ive been told but haven't been in yet
