Well Guys, that time of year again and things are in full swing, plans are under way for a very special Anniversary weekend. The entry will go out late next month to those on the email and postal list and of course the MNZ website. As per last year i will keep people up to date and answer all the questions i can for you.
The big plus for us this year is that funding has been approved for TV coverage like we had in 2007. A very different prize giving is planned with some commemorative touches for those that have supported the event as riders and set up crews over the last 20 years so it should be a cracker weekend. More info will be posted as it comes to hand.
NEW WEBSITE!!!!
We have a new dedicated website which will eventually have information, galleries, history and the entry form on it. Its still in its early stages so if you can think of anything we should add to it then just let me know. A very special thanks to the visordown.co.nz crew for their support and for making it happen.

RIDERS
We cant emphasise enough the fact that we are only allowed to run a maximum of 35 bikes per class. This is delt with on a first in first served basis as always. last year a few of the classes were full within 3 weeks of the entry release so just because your entry is on time doesn't ensure you a place on the grid. Every attempt will be made to try and slot riders into other eligible classes.
MOTARDS - As per MNZ rules we cannot run motards at our event in road race classes. We intend on running S1 and S2 as two separate classes but if our total motard entry numbers are less than 35 then they will be combined. The ideal situation is to have decent fields in both classes.
cheers, steve
