Interestingly enough, many years ago I had a Council as a customer and I wanted to get rid of them. At an annual review, they raised concerns about software subscription. They said and I quote, " It's seems like an awful lot of money to be paying for something that we derive so little benefit from." I replied, "You mean like rates?"

    Mission accomplished.
    Well said

So do I, if they have it - I'll have two. But the street-side balance was nil.

A few choices... Tow it behind your ute or car with a towbar with a mate in the bin till it wears through too far. Take two wheelie bins and put the wheels from one onto the other or strap a skateboard to one end and try and ride in it (never seems to work). Kind of like a shittyer version of a shopping cart

I suppose I have neighbours. They seem to avoid me. I like that.

Bins are hired out by Private Companies...Council bags are collected too but you have to buy bags first
