This is the best thread ever. Either you're all taking the piss outta train songs, or I've found a kinship I've been longing for all my life!

We do this every now and again - someone (mostly me) - nominates a topic and see how many songs we can come up with.

We've had 'Yellow', 'Blue', 'wet wet wet', 'dry dry dry' and 'bikers' - amongst others.

    Nominate a theme yourself.

And I like trains - a lot of my bike photos are staged near rail - and that vid of the snow plow rawks.

Personally I think Yousef Islam became the ultimate dickhead.
Don't care about his religion - just the hypocrisy.

I don't care for the mans ideals since rotating on his life choices either, but he did write some nice music

He did - but then he dissed it and shat all over it and tried to take it back - and now 25 years later is doing it all again.

Unfortunately the peace train (and musical tastes) have left the station.

Thumbs up tribute to Johnny cash

I went to the tribute concert to Johnny Cash in 1999, at New York City's Hammerstein theatre - it was an awesome concert.

I think these guys were/are the best band Dylan has ever toured with, I've seen them three times - fantastic, even do some wicked jazz

Train of Buffalo Haag - Dylan

Sorry but Dylan is my favored artist - and he did like trains, I put 'train' into my itunes and got 26 songs by Dylan, all from my own collection of CD's
This is poor quality but the only video I could find
