    Ride Sunday 27th Mar '05

Hey dudes, I gotta race meeting comming next weekend. I reckon when I stopped riding on the road, it took away that "Wild" element of my riding and made me go too soft on the track.

Well, I'll go back to practicing on the road for the race meetings the week after again.

Meet up at Papakura Autobhan at 9:00 AM then depart at 9:30 AM.

Going to Narawahia via SH22 then through some new found side roads etc etc to come back.

I'll be doing my own thing but I don't mind people taging along with me no matter what speed they have. I will wait at the stops for slower people OR advise them the route if they want to shoot ahead.

If people are worried again that I might be doing 250+ on my Gixxer, I won't. I am taking the XR600 so I'll only be limited to 150kmph.

Ride will be on even if it rains, hails, snows, etc. etc.

    Cheerio!

    Could be keen Sudeep.

Don't do 22 in the wet though.
Have trouble keeping it sticky side down in the dry on that road

I think probably cause of F/F's influence, SH22 is prolly my fav road too now.

Your right there though 6Chris6. I know about the slippery conditions of SH22 in the wet all too well. If it will be pissing down and other people don't want to do SH22, We'll go elsewhere.

came thru 22 yesterday and its not to bad condition wise considering its wet. The roads between tauramanui and waiuru are a different matter. Ive mentioned this before but do keep an eye out for those turkeys and deer.

Good to see the XR in action even if we were in opposing directions but Quasi thought you were running late so not a hassle and good we all caught up in the end, Was definitely better on the way back after 22 had dried up a bit more. First time I have seen HP on 22 just past Naike.

ok all we need to do is communicate via PM after setting up lots of fake rides on the forums so they get into the old "boy who cried wolf" way of thinking and bugger off leaving us 22

prob just a knee jerking from the accident there the other day anyways they will relax in a bit.........I hope
