I never said I know better, just the evidence presented, secret payouts, hush money paid out to the families etc that become normal during the trial perhaps?

Right back in the days of the Jackson 5 he was reported for making sexual phone calls to a young British fan following that fan's interview of him for a school magazine. He wasn't found guilty of later allegations because a $20m pay-off saw the case go away.

Oh, and his music was crap.
