If that's the date thats been decided and we're stuck with it, then there's is no choice, but it's obvious from the comments thats it means the NI crowd aren't likely to attend and several of the Chch members will also be away
A stand alone date in Sept/Oct would probably work far better for getting more people to it and maybe that could be looked at next year
The format having BOB on the Saturday with a BEARs meet the following day is the best as it means the NI crew if they attend have the opportunty to get two days racing in and makes the trip better value for money for them

Darryl, do you have to keep trying to undermine SuziQ in her role as president with your comments? They are pretty unhelpfull, if you really gave a shit you would have left all your valuable and helpfull information with the new people instead of just bitching and sniping from the cheap seats

Im sorry, Im actually trying very hard 'not' to offend... but thats all, you all see me as now, everything I post is taken as a negitive... I can tell ya now as I did tell SQ at the time she is going in the deep end...once again Im sorry if thats how I sound.
I offered myself and all my "valuable and helpfull information" to SuziQ but I was sent away and not even invited to a committe meeting. no probs, its good to take a break.
