    By the way, was that Canada or the US? Something about those hillbillies reminded me of Alberta, the Texas of the north. I should watch it again and look for clues, but can't be bothered.

    Don't know. Looked like Alabama or Arkansas but could be anywhere. The guy in the BMW put up with a lot before he finally decided to cool the rednecks down.
