Service Review - Speed Tech Hamilton

I wasn't sure where to put this - so here it is.

My experiences with Speed Tech have been nothing but positive.

I have had them do a couple of things on the bike, service, tune up, chain and sprockets, that kind of thing.

Everything has been done well and at a reasonable cost.

In my mind, what make them exceptional are the other things they have done.

These things might seem simple and even obvious but lots of places don’t do them.

They listen. Simple but vital.
They don’t make you feel less important than the client doing a job worth thousands.
They do what you have asked them to do, but if they find something that needs looking at – in my case, the front forks on the SV – they look into what needs to be done or what can be done and then get in touch with you about possible options. Brilliant. In my case I didn’t have the cash to go ahead but I really appreciated the option.
Their work is good. Using good parts etc.
On the day I dropped my bike in the offered to drop me back to work. Which was great, and a long way out of their way.
One job was going to take longer than expected, so the moment they new this they got in contact with me to see if that was ok.

And most importantly I trust them.

Thanks to Mr.Koz for introducing me to them. I am definitely one of their smallest clients but feel valued and important to them.

So for my mind they are highly recommended to anyone looking for a bike mechanic, and of course they ride!

Willy from SpeedTech is the man. He put my dragbars on my Hyosung. No drama, just honest quick service. Always willing to give good advice. He warrented my Hog as well.

A guy Wysper and I ride with is married to them. Seriously, the dude loves them! But what I've dealt with them for they're pretty good.

I brought my StompGrips from them, they had to contact me based on Stompgrips website and they contacted me the same day. It was a bit of a shock to be honest

You are dead right. It should be, but it isn't. So it is nice to be able to report good findings when you come across them!
