    Hi from Taranaki (Nana_of_10)

Hi everyone, like my sign-in name says, I'm a nana of 10 gorgeous grandkids, living in Taranaki. I'm pretty new to motorbikes, I only got my learners in February. I usually ride pillion with my hubby, Taff1954, but I do have a GN 250 (when he gets round to finishing it). Looking forward to my first full summer on the road.

    Welcom aboard Nana Of Ten,

And may I say an excellent choice of bike for a learner...the GN250 you can not go wrong.....

Happy riding when your hubby gets it finished

Its nice to be warmly welcomed into this group. Up till boxing day last year I refused to go anywhere near hubby's or son's bike, the OM nearly fell out of his chair when I asked for a ride on the ninja.
I can honestly say the ride was terrifying, it felt like a zillion miles an hour. surreal hung on like hell. But now I can't wait for the twisty bits to come up. even got quite cocky now can read the OM's intentions.

so i am the proud owner of a learner license only waiting for OM to put my bike on the road

Good 4 u Nana of 10. Riding bikes is a load of fun, and the GN250 would probably have to be one of the most popular "starter bikes" around. They are good fun, and I'm sure you will enjoy it when the "OM" gets it finished for you.

Welcome to the site. I hope you enjoy it!

    Cheers.
