I'm thinking perhaps a 1994 Honda VFR750... maybe I should be a psychic on 'Sensing Gobshite'...

Now, if I could just make sense of the garbled post...

Well, I could have helped since I happen to have the wiring diagram, but I won't since you appear to be just another angry, retarded cocknocker. Come back when you learn English, fucktard.

Oh dear, I appear to have come at a bad time?
Nico, sometimes probs like this are simply a bad earth. Check that first, look carefully at all the wiring coming out of the switch blocks and gauges, and the battery terminals. Make sure that all other bulbs are going as well. Good luck. And don't get too het up with the humourists!

There's no easy answer for this, Nico. It sounds like corrosion in the back of the instrument cluster, which is a not uncommon problem with the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) on VFRs, so you're going to have to take the fairing off and look behind there. Get some contact cleaner and cotton buds and carefully clean things.
I suggest you check this out too:
    VFR PCB faults and fixes.
It's labeled as being for the 98-01 VFR800, but the principles are the same.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....
