He is, yeah.
You have to realise there is a very specific and rare personality type at work here though. Genuine sociopaths. Very very smart people who honestly feel not one drop of compassion towards the rest of the species. We are just there to be played with, manipulated, and used towards aims as dispassionately as one might enjoy squirting crap off the house with a pressure jet.
These people are, unsurprisingly, often very successful. Bernie Ecclestone owns the most expensive sport in the world. Owns it, the actual sport itself. Fuck me. Hitler took a country that had the been having the living shit kicked out of it for twenty years and persuaded it's inhabitants that they should take the world by force. They nearly did too. They are the same personality type and they tend to achieve greatness or almost literally die trying (and piss a whole bunch of people off in the process).
I've met one, and maybe now a second who I've not decided about yet. They're out there and they scare the crap out of me.
