Any digital (freeview) tv experts out there?

Recently, my digital tv has been playing up.
It used to work perfectly but, now both channel 1 and 2 have really really bad reception (only %40. Up until last week it was about %90). So bad I can't even watch it. I am convinced its just the reception and not the box set because, the other channels are fine.

If anybody has any ideas if this is fixable, (without calling the freeview people and waiting on hold for 30 minutes) it would be most appreciated.
I can't watch that freak Oliver Driver on sunrise anymore....

    Sattelite or terrestrial?

Have you checked your aerial /receiver hasn't blown around in the wind recently?

I don't know jack about sattelites but with areials they are supposed to point in the right direction..... Might be the same for sattelites (up is a good start )

If the problem started when (or just after) the work was done then that's a likely cause.

Have a look at the aerial cable going to the dish. If it has become water logged then that would cause your issue.
