    All of us who did, were. However, in both F1 races Craig was first through turn one.

    How about the numbers that showed up yesterday ! Club racing is alive and well at the Vic club !
    Shame i aint lol Thats two rounds i DNF, but by christ spectating is great fun too !
    A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
    The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

    Bowls can wait !

    At least you are out there giving it a go Bill and helping to keep this sport alive which is great to see cos without guys like you this sport wouldn't be where it is today. I hope to receive your entry to rd 4 and that you mange to have a better round in August with us.

    Yeah Skip, I'll be there the club has me hooked (good ppl well run)
    But has the club ever run a summer series ?

    Haha no, But the dog wants to chew the nail off !
    Heidi is however, putting up with my grunting everytime i move and even helped me undress last night !! Got me some HTFU to do !

    I cant really answer that 1 fully Bill but for the 3 yrs I have been with the Club its always been a Winter Series. The PMCC run the Summer Series on the North Island.

    Historically the club found that they couldn't get enough track time in summer and therefore ran a winter series ... in summer as you can imagine there is a hell of a lot of demand and getting track time was almost impossible each month. In doing the winter series, there are still times where getting the track can be difficult, but the winter series is a well ingrained part of motorcycle sport in New Zealand now as well.
