Looking at the Merservice website and the rain radar forecast, the weather looks shite for the whole weekend...buggrit.

Time to ride
I see a few of those weather prediction charts at work. When I left today at 3pm it looked like a really good day to stay off the road in any kind of vehicle up north tomorrow, north easterlies are never very good up here. There is a forecasted change to south westerlies Sunday. That weather up here is not wonderful, wet and windy, but ok. You know the difference. From the east it is vile, very gusty and driving rain. From the west it still blows but is is more predictable, it still rains.
I would tackle a west driven storm, than an easterly one in a flash.
I dont have access to the hourly forecast we get at work here sorry.
It will only be 23C today in London. Plenty of sportsbikes on the roads here - all enjoying a warm summer. Hopefully the crap weather in NZ will have gone by the time I am home as I will be very ready for a ride.
Here for the ride.
I use this.

I understand what the situation *is*.
I want something done about it. Thanks for you co-operation.
OH.... I seee....
Well, in that case, I think it best to commission a report, to assess what the issue is, what options there are, their long term impacts and the net effect to the region.
In time we'll commission another report, since the last one is a little out of date, and we want a more detailed one.
