i think one good reason there are NO north Island dates....
it costs too much and i am SURE the Vic club wont be part of it next year

That doesn't make sense at all...............................and going from last year that'd near make the Puke round the same weekend as the Manfeild Tri Series rnd 1......

Dec 12/13 - Pukekohe Park Raceway - Rnd 1 NZ Champs.
Dec 19 - Manfeild Park - Rnd 1 Tri Series.
Dec 26 - Boxing Day, Wanganui - Rnd 2 Tri Series.
Dec 27/28 - Taupo Raceway - Rnd 3 Tri Series.
Jan 17/18 - Ruapuna, Christchurch - Rnd 2 NZ Champs.
Jan 24/25 - Teretonga, Invercargill - Rnd 3 NZ Champs.
Jan 31/Feb 1 - Levels Raceway, Timaru - Rnd 4 NZ Champs.
Feb 14/15 - Manfeild Park - Rnd 5 NZ Champs.

Interesting to see the different levels of competence being shown between the organisers of the tri series and the nats. Tri series organisers 5 months out have overseas riders booked, entries flowing in, press releases being released etc.....MNZ has some provisional dates, wonder which one will be more successful?

What a pain in the arse that is. I was considering not doing the full nats next season and that probably seals it. No way am I paying for two ferries in 3 months. Might just do SI and give Manfeild a miss too.

Interesting.... Pukekohe is now the first round, this weekend was traditionaly a club round with the Nationals & the TT in March.
Guess we have to wait till the following season to have a go at Hampton Downs...
