If you purchased a GT250R and put a GT650R motor into it, would cops/WOF stations be able to tell the difference between the engines and would they notice?

I found an bought a converted 650 in 250 frame thing is a beast until sold to some Muppet they fucked wiring sold it back to me for $100 now is a head ache lol
